Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

FORT DRUM, New York — Soldiers, civilian employees, friends and family of the U.S. Army Medical Department Activity, also known as MEDDAC, and Guthrie Army Health Clinic welcomed the unit’s new commander during a change of command ceremony at the Memorial Park in Fort Drum, New York, July 18, 2025.
