Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Driving Directions

Fort Drum is located in northern New York's picturesque North Country. It is approximately 30 miles from Canada, with the Great Lakes to the west, the Adirondack Mountains to the east, and the Saint Lawrence River and Thousand Islands to the north.

From the west:

​Interstate 81 Exit 48A, Merge onto I-781. This is a direct route to the Fort Drum North Gate.

From the east:

Take NYS Route 190 / Military Turnpike to NYS Route 374 West to NYS Route 3 south. Follow Route 3S to NYS Route 3A. Follow signs to Fort Drum
