The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Services Offered

  • Independent evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of all musculoskeletal conditions

  • Manual therapy: joint mobilizations and spinal manipulation

  • Post-operative rehabilitation for all Orthopedic and Podiatric surgical procedures

  • Therapeutic interventions including exercise, balance training, postural education, and stretching/mobility activities

  • Walk-in/Sick Call for Active Duty Service Members without a Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program organic to their unit

  • Trigger Point Dry Needling

  • Myofascial Cupping Therapy

  • Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy

  • Orthotic Prescription

  • Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill Therapy

  • Performance Optimization including strength and conditioning for optimal fitness levels required for the tactical population

  • All routine therapy modalities (cryotherapy, TENS, ultrasound, moist heat packs, etc.)

  • POSE running program with running labs at Atkins Functional Fitness Facility

  • Upper and Lower Extremity Functional Classes at Monti Gym

  • Advanced Core and Functional Strengthening Class (ACFT-based) at Atkins Functional Fitness Facility

  • Low Back Classes held at Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic

  • Beginners and Advanced Pool Classes held at Magrath Sports Complex Pool

 

Appointments

  • After evaluating you, your primary care provider will create a referral for you to be seen by a physical therapist.

  • Next, you will be contacted by our team members to schedule an initial evaluation with one of our evaluating Physical Therapists at the facility.
